- I found a bug
- I found a security issue
- I would like a feature or have a question
- I can no longer access my account
Why GitHub and not social media or email?
We are a small team of volunteers. On Mastodon and by email, bug reports and feature requests simply get lost among all the other messages, and nobody can tell later what became of a report. On GitHub, your request ends up exactly where we work through it, and you can check its status yourself at any time.
That is why we ask you to report bugs and feature requests there only. Account-related matters are the exception: those belong in an email to us, because they have no place in public.
Thank you!
Träwelling is an open source project developed by volunteers in their spare time. Depending on the priority, fixing a bug can take months or even years, as we cannot guarantee that reports are handled quickly.
Thank you for using Träwelling and for helping us to improve it.
